Each week we email our clients and ask them to provide us with feedback on how we did in our communication, quality, and delivering on time.

Clients are asked to give us a rating from 1 to 4 and provide any comments. The ratings are explained as follows:

  • 1 = “Awful” (0% to 24% in above graph)

  • 2 = “Few Issues” (25% to 49% in above graph)

  • 3 = “As Expected” (50% to 75% in above graph)

  • 4 = “Awesome” (75% to 100% in above)

Every submission is reviewed by the entire StudioMX Team. We give out lots of #highfives when things are going right and we make immediate adjustments the moment we are made aware of any issues.
